The last lightAs I sit here at 23:07 Wednesday 22nd June. The first signs of rain came with a light thunder roll. These moments are so rare and rarer still if you do not recognise the fact that you need them. Some time, a moment, to breathe and just let go of all thoughts and feelings that cause you anxiety and frustration.

Life is there for you to take notice and appreciate the things that you take for granted. Life is there to remind you that the things you think matter don’t. Life is there to show you the subtle things to bring you to a place where you can continue with……….
